Location: Mexico City (Hybrid / On-site). Contract Type: Full-time

About Us
Our client is the fastest-growing B2B Fintech SaaS corporate banking infrastructure in the Latin American region. They facilitate infrastructure for cross-border payments, API rails, advanced FX management, and efficient multi-country, on-chain corporate settlements. They are structuring a commercial division in Mexico from the ground up. The objective is direct: lead penetration into the corporate market, capitalize on the nearshoring boom, and drive a multi-million dollar business case looking toward 2027.
The Challenge (Why we need you)
We are looking for a strategic leader with high execution capacity. In this kickoff phase in Mexico, the role demands a dynamic profile operating initially under a Player-Coach framework. You will go out into the field to unlock complex corporate negotiations alongside your teams executives, while simultaneously designing and implementing commercial pipeline engineering, training the team in consultative methodologies, and ensuring daily operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Pipeline Engineering: Direct, coach, and empower the initial team of Senior Executives (Hunters), ensuring that daily call volumes, prospecting, and cold meetings translate into predictable commercial goals.
Strategic Account Closing: Actively participate in critical negotiation phases with Finance Directors and corporate Treasurers to close high-transaction-volume deals.
Regulatory Strategy & Compliance: Collaborate with Compliance and Product teams to localize and structure attractive commercial offerings within the Mexican regulatory framework.
Data Culture: Guarantee correct documentation, forecasting, and control of weekly metrics within the CRM, eliminating operational ambiguity.
Key Requirements
Minimum Experience: 5+ years leading high-performance teams in highly complex B2B sales (Fintech, Treasury SaaS, international ERPs, Payment Gateways, or Investment/Corporate Banking).
Management Style (OMG Filter): A strict focus on commercial milestones, pipeline analysis, and conversion metrics rather than traditional micro-management. Proven ability to develop talent and correct performance gaps in real-time.
Professional Skills: Ability to navigate the high ambiguity of an expanding startup ecosystem where commercial playbooks evolve rapidly.
Language Skills: Full Bilingual Fluency (English & Spanish).
