We are expanding our operations in Mexico City. In this role you will be foster a strategic initiative to support employees across the Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) region. We are looking for talented individuals to join our Payroll Global Business Services team as Tier 2 agents in a dynamic contact center environment.



What will you do in this role?

You will be the first point of contact for FedEx employees across the LAC region, providing Tier 2 support for Payroll inquiries. Your day-to-day will include:

- Support in payroll operations, tax compliance, reporting, and audit activities, while serving as a key liaison between HR, Finance, and external vendors

- Act as a point of contact for complex payroll issues, escalations, and employee inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution

- Partner with HR to manage employee lifecycle data (hires, terminations, compensation changes), ensuring payroll accuracy.

- Contributing to the continuous improvement of Contact Center processes and service quality.

What are we looking for?

- Bachelor?s degree in accounting, Business Administration, or related field. 1 year of experience in payroll, finance, HR, or related areas.

- Experience managing complex payroll processes and regulatory in the US

We are seeking candidates with experience in U.S. payroll administration within Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Services organizations.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience processing U.S. payroll using platforms such as ADP or Workday in a shared services environment.

- Advanced English proficiency (C1)? required for daily interaction with US-based teams.

- Familiarity with HR/Payroll platforms such as SAP, Workday, or similar systems (desirable).

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.

- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

- Availability Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM ? 7:00 PM
