Estamos buscando un Líder de EHS con experiencia en campo, proyectos de instalación, mantenimiento de equipos, en obras, con disponibilidad para viajar dentro de la República Mexicana. Bilingüe, ya que reportará directamente a USA.
Job Purpose
The Safety & Field Services Leader will provide leadership to field employees and technicians, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and operational standards. This position is responsible for coordinating safety initiatives, supervising field service activities, conducting audits, and maintaining a safe work environment across offices, warehouses, and job sites.
The role also oversees maintenance activities for the Iztapalapa facility and requires close interaction with technicians, supervisors, and customers. Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) processes for the district.
Supervise and follow up on field technicians to ensure compliance with safety procedures and service standards.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of offices, warehouses, and job sites to identify and correct potential hazards.
Ensure compliance with STPS regulations, company policies, and Hussmann critical safety rules.
Maintain accurate safety records, reports, permits, and documentation.
Implement and reinforce safety programs, training, and preventive actions for field personnel.
Monitor and report KPIs related to Safety, Health & Environment performance.
Visit customer sites and service locations to ensure proper execution of field activities and safe work practices.
Coordinate maintenance activities for the Iztapalapa building and facility.

Reduction of safety incidents and workplace risks across field operations.
Full compliance with STPS regulations and company safety standards.
Effective supervision and follow-up of technicians working in the field.
Accurate and timely reporting of Safety, Health & Environment KPIs.
Successful completion of audits and corrective actions.
Improved safety culture and awareness among employees and technicians.
Proper maintenance and operational conditions of the Iztapalapa facility.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or technical background related to Safety, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance, or similar.
Bilingual: English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Experience in field services, technical operations, maintenance, or supervising technicians in the field.
Knowledge of safety regulations and STPS standards.
Experience conducting audits, inspections, and safety training.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Availability to visit job sites and field operations.
Preferred Experience
Experience in electrical, or technical service industries.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance and risk prevention programs.
Experience working with contractors and service technicians.
