ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Junior Chief of Staff to join the CEO Office and support strategic decision-making across the organization.
This role combines business analytics, performance management, strategic planning, executive reporting, and AI-driven process optimization. The selected candidate will work directly with the CEO and gain exposure to high-impact business initiatives.
KEY RESPONSINILITIES
* Design and manage strategic KPIs and performance dashboards.
* Analyze financial, operational, and commercial performance.
* Build forecasting models and scenario analyses.
* Generate actionable insights for executive decision-making.
* Automate reporting processes and analytical workflows.
* Support the implementation of AI-powered business solutions.
* Develop executive presentations and board-ready materials.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and structure critical business information.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
* 1?3 years of experience in consulting, analytics, business intelligence, strategy, or corporate finance.
* Experience in Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, or boutique consulting firms is highly preferred.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* SQL proficiency.
* Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* Interest in AI applications for business and decision-making.
