Logistics coordinator

Leading Japanese manufacturer and distributor of medical equipment is seeking a high-performing professional to join its team in Mexico

Qualifications

- Bachellor degree in logistics, international trade, administration (similar carrers)
- Knowledge in international trade, purchasing, logistics, customer service
- Advanced spoken english proficiency


Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

- Creation and follow-up of purchase orders, order confirmations, and delivery updates for customers.
- Coordination of national and international shipments with suppliers and customers.
- Management of medical device import and export processes, ensuring compliance with RRNA and NOM regulations.
- Preparation of invoices, credit notes, and SAP ByDesign reports.
- Supervision of transportation, distribution, and warehousing to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Communication and coordination with the operations team in Japan (English).
