We are a growing ecommerce company managing beauty & personal care brands across Amazon, Mercado Libre, Walmart, Shopify, and other global marketplaces. Our brands operate across US, CA, MX, UK, EU, & AU.
We are seeking a Brand Manager to support the growth & performance of our Mexico marketplace.
Position Objective
Scale Mexico marketplace revenue from $600K to $1M+ annually while improving profitability, inventory health & ad efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Amazon Seller Central Mexico
Manage day-to-day Amazon Seller Central operations
Resolve listing issues, policy, & account-related concerns
Create and optimize product listings in Spanish, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, & search terms
Coordinate A+ Content updates & improvements
Collaborate with design team to enhance product & brand visibility
Manage advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Brands, & Display
Monitor & optimize keyword performance, bids, & advertising budgets
Analyze sales, advertising, & growth metrics to identify opportunities
Manage suppressed listings, stranded inventory, & catalog-related issues
Coordinate inventory replenishment & FBA shipment planning with logistics teams
2. Mercado Libre
Manage marketplace operations & account performance
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies
Create & optimize product listings to improve visibility & conversion
Manage ad campaigns & budgets
Monitor pricing & marketplace trends to support competitive positioning
Participate in promotional & seasonal events
Develop & execute promotional strategies
Monitor customer feedback & marketplace performance metrics
Support timely resolution of customer inquiries & account-related issues
3. Inventory, Supply Chain & Operations
Forecast inventory requirements using sales trends & historical data
Collaborate with inventory, logistics, & supply chain teams
Monitor fulfillment performance & inventory health
Support initiatives that reduce stocks & excess inventory
4. Marketplace Growth & Optimization
Identify new growth opportunities in Mexico marketplace
Suggest new product ideas based on marketplace demand
Expand into additional channels if relevant
Build long-term brand positioning strategy in Mexico
Required
Experience managing Amazon Seller Central Mexico and Mercado Libre
Professional proficiency in English & Spanish
Experience managing PPC advertising campaigns
Experience planning and executing marketplace promotions and campaigns
Strong analytical, problem-solving, & decision-making skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Proficiency in using data to evaluate performance & identify opportunities for improvement
Preferred
Experience within beauty & personal care categories
Knowledge of FBA operations, inventory management, & supply chain processes
Experience working with multi-marketplace e-commerce brands
Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, DataDive, or similar analytics platforms
