ON-SITE ROLE | INSURGENTES SUR, BENITO JUÁREZ, CDMX
A leading multinational technology company is expanding its customer support team and looking for bilingual professionals who enjoy solving problems, assisting users, and working in a structured, collaborative environment. If you have experience supporting customers in English and want stability with a global company, we would like to meet you.
- ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound and outbound customer support calls in English
- Follow established processes to resolve inquiries and technical issues
- Provide clear troubleshooting guidance and customer assistance
- Document interactions in CRM or ticketing platforms
- Deliver professional, solution-oriented service in every contact
- CANDIDATE PROFILE
- On-site availability (Insurgentes Sur, CDMX)
- Bilingual English level B2 or higher (validated during interview)
- High school diploma completed or college studies (in progress or incomplete accepted)
- Minimum 6 months of customer support experience (calls, troubleshooting, service processes)
- Experience using CRM or ticketing tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk, or similar
- Flexible schedule availability
- Strong attitude, communication skills, and service mindset
- SCHEDULE
- Monday to Sunday
- 2 rotating days off per week

- Base salary of $21,000 MXN gross
