We're a premium residential cleaning company in Los Angeles, USA. You'll be the first voice our customers hear ? answering inbound leads live, qualifying them, and booking appointments over the phone. This is a phone-first customer service and sales role, performed in English, during US Pacific business hours. Fully remote, independent contractor position.
What you'll do: answer inbound calls and leads fast, qualify customers, and book in-person estimate visits ? this is first and foremost a phone and conversion role. You'll also send confirmations and invoices and keep records accurate, but our system makes that part quick, so your time goes to customers, not paperwork. Follow up on every lead until it books or closes out, and reach out to past customers.
You must have: clear, professional, easy-to-understand spoken English; real phone customer-service or phone-sales experience; reliable internet and a quiet workspace; availability during US Pacific business hours (Mon?Fri).
This is: a full-time, remote, independent contractor role. Competitive monthly pay + a booking bonus program that begins after your first month. Starts with a paid trial period. You'll be trained directly by the owner ? long-term role, we're hiring one person to grow with the business.
