Requirements:
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Strong communication and active-listening skills
Basic computer skills
At least 1+ year of call center experience (Must)
Back Office experience (1+ year)
You must be available to work full-time.
Responsibilities:
Review and process insurance policy updates and changes within the Atlas management system.
Reconcile premiums, payments, and refunds to ensure accurate financial records.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to policies, transactions, and account balances.
Apply deposits and accurately record financial information in the appropriate systems.
Collaborate with branch offices, insurance carriers, and external vendors to follow up on and resolve outstanding issues.
