YOUR ROLE
- Assist passengers with reservations, itinerary changes, baggage inquiries, and travel-related services
- Provide accurate information and professional support through inbound call
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Follow up on requests and ensure timely resolution
- Deliver a positive and memorable customer experience in every interaction

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma completed or in progress
- Customer service experience is a plus (call center, hospitality, retail, or face-to-face service)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and written communication skills
