Buscamos un representante de atención al cliente bilingüe (inglés/español) para unirse a nuestro equipo en expansión. Se trata de un puesto totalmente remoto para brindar apoyo a un bufete de abogados especializado en lesiones personales con sede en California.

En este puesto, usted será el primer punto de contacto para los clientes potenciales, ayudando a gestionar las consultas iniciales, recopilar información y ofrecer una experiencia profesional y empática.

Es una excelente oportunidad para candidatos con sólidas habilidades de comunicación que tengan interés en el ámbito legal o experiencia previa en atención al cliente o en la recepción y evaluación inicial de casos legales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to client inquiries in English and Spanish
- Conduct initial intake calls and gather relevant case information
- Follow structured scripts and questionnaires when needed
- Provide clear, professional, and empathetic communication to potential clients
- Accurately document call details in the system
- Identify qualified leads and escalate when appropriate
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, or client-facing roles
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Experience working with U.S.-based companies
- Prior experience in legal intake or law firms (especially personal injury law)
- Familiarity with topics such as peronal injury law and workers' compensation law

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM ? 6:00 PM Pacific Time (U.S.) with an hour break
