Recruitment and Selection Supervisor (Temporary)

As a Recruitment and Selection Supervisor at Safran, you will be responsible for overseeing the companys recruitment and talent acquisition processes. Your responsibilities will include coordinating interviews, identifying and attracting top talent, and collaborating with various departments to achieve the organizations hiring objectives.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico.
Qualifications
* Conversational English proficiency.
* Experience and strong competencies in recruitment and selection processes.
* Knowledge of Human Resources management and employee relations to help maintain a positive and productive work environment.
* Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills, ensuring effective collaboration across departments.
* Additional competencies such as results orientation, analytical thinking, and previous experience leading talent acquisition or human resources projects will be considered an advantage.
