The Opportunity
We are hiring five Founding Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to launch a new U.S. roofing campaign.
This is more than a sales position?it is an opportunity to become part of the team that builds this operation from the ground up.
Our objective is to successfully complete this pilot program and rapidly expand the campaign to more than 150 SDRs. The professionals who join us first will have the greatest opportunity to advance into Team Lead, Training, Quality Assurance, Operations, and Management positions as the organization grows.

What You'll Do
As an SDR, you will be responsible for managing the customer journey from the initial conversation through the sales process.
Your responsibilities include:
Contact homeowners in the United States regarding potential roof damage identified through professional drone inspections.
Explain the inspection process and answer homeowner questions.
Request permission to send drone images of their roof via SMS.
Schedule complimentary, no-obligation roof inspections.
Maintain accurate CRM records and activity logs.
Follow up with homeowners after inspections.
Support the sales process through project close.
Consistently achieve daily activity and performance goals.
Unlike traditional cold calling, homeowners will have already received information by mail regarding their property's inspection, making conversations significantly warmer and more consultative.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Minimum of two years of outbound sales, SDR, or appointment-setting experience.
Strong spoken English with clear and professional communication.
Ability to thrive in a high-volume outbound calling environment.
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Coachable, resilient, and performance driven.
Preferred Qualifications
Roofing or home services experience.
Insurance restoration experience.
CRM experience.
Previous experience selling into the U.S. market.
Performance Expectations
Successful SDRs can expect to:
Average approximately 40 outbound calls per hour.
Maintain detailed and accurate CRM documentation.
Schedule qualified roof inspections.
Conduct timely customer follow-up.
Contribute toward approximately 40 closed roofing projects per month.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Training, coaching, and ongoing development will be provided.
Compensation
Base Compensation: USD $500 per month.
On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to USD $3,000+ per month through tiered, uncapped commissions.
Monthly payments issued on the 5th of each month.
Base salary is prorated for employees who begin mid-month.
Commission details will be discussed during the interview process.
Employment Details
Independent Contractor during the initial six-month onboarding period.
Full-time schedule (40 hours per week).
Monday through Friday.
Working hours approximately 9:00 AM?5:00 PM based on the assigned U.S. market.
Remote position open to qualified candidates worldwide.
Outstanding performers who successfully complete the initial contractor period will be considered for full-time employment with enhanced compensation and additional benefits as the campaign expands.

High-speed internet connection (wired preferred).
Professional USB headset.
Quiet home office suitable for client calls.
Webcam for meetings and training.
