We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to support a portfolio of US-based enterprise clients using a Microsoft ecosystem SaaS platform.
Key Requirements:
-Advanced English (C1/C2)
-Experience managing B2B client accounts
-Background in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solutions Consulting, or similar roles
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-Ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
Nice to Have:
- SaaS industry experience
- Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps
- Salesforce or other CRM experience
