Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Confie Tijuana
Requirements:
Fluency in English and Spanish (both spoken and written)
12 or more months call center experience
Basic computer knowledge, and
Full-time availability.
Valid Mexican documents.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with general inquiries related to their car insurance policies.
Provide friendly and efficient support, helping customers understand their coverage.
