Product Development and Sourcing Manager Remote Latam

About the Role
We are looking for a Product Development & Sourcing Manager to join an international team and lead the end-to-end development of physical products across Latin America.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire product development lifecycle, from supplier sourcing and negotiations to sampling, production, quality control, and final delivery. You will collaborate closely with manufacturers and cross-functional teams to ensure products meet quality, cost, and timeline expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete lifecycle of physical product development.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with manufacturers and suppliers across LATAM.
Lead supplier selection and qualification processes.
Coordinate product samples and prototype development.
Oversee mass production while ensuring quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.
Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve production processes and product performance.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in physical product development, manufacturing, sourcing, or procurement.
Experience working directly with manufacturers and suppliers.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning.
Experience negotiating supplier contracts and commercial terms.
Advanced English (required).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
